- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever. Walked in to get my taxes done, they ran into issues and had to send me away to wait for their expert who was suppose to call me, they never called I called the next day and had to wait another hour finally got a call back just so they could tell me they finished everything and they hit me with a $200 processing that no one mentioned at that start.
